The height of the Okhta center main dominant is 396 meters. Top 75th floor is at height of 330m. There are 66m in height spire on the top of building. Each floor has offset against previous by rotating. Spatial stability is providing by reinforcing core, and steel columns along the perimeter of the building and outrigger trusses on mechanical floors.
